With Sydney's new favourite thing to do being freezing everyone with icy cold winds, I've tried to avoid leaving the house and my warmest woolly clothes. During exams, I rarely left the house, but when I had to it was in wonderful thick checked grandpa pants and scarves. If only the university would have allowed me to sit my exams in my pajamas in my study!
Over the weekend I was actually freed from exams and we were able to celebrate our anniversary. We faced the cold- although not bravely- and hit the town for a night of warm soup, window shopping and comedy. It was our first live stand up show, and Ronny Chieng blew us away with his hilarious sarcastic social commentary.
P.S. We've started trying to teach J how to take photos! Note this down as the start of a journey! First step in the journey: trying to capture my new coat!
