Hi-tech Dessert

My love of sweets and science is no secret. That's why I was so excited when J and I stumbled into a miss-fitted ice-cream store in the middle of Chinatown. N2 is a unique ice-cream store- they make the ice-cream behind a small glass window using liquid nitrogen as it is ordered.

The shop is rather modern and westernised, but is in the middle of Sydney's Chinatown- which is basically the opposite. This added more character to it, as you walked into a different world filled with glass beakers and sweets.

After watching them make the ice cream, we enjoyed a mocha gelato with cream and a syringe of hot melted oozy chocolate- which J hogged most of!
